We experienced your work with a large cross section of subcontractors because our project required new foundation and masonry work, exterior framing and insulation, electrical, plumbing, installation of gas and on demand hot water, replacement of ducts and an old boiler system, travertine floors including under-floor radiant heat, a stone floor in the entry and wood floors in the bedroom, custom steel fabrication for the front water table, and a new screen porch as well as exterior vertical siding and trim which needed to be stained. We were pleased with the outcome of all of this work and appreciate that you worked hard to ensure quality work with consistent on-site supervision and coordination. You always kept us well informed about the schedule for the work flow and I was impressed that you managed to avoid periods when there was no forward motion.
